They have taken great care of Mirie'l and Elana. Have to take my big girl Narya there this morning.
Love these people!
I find it very sad that Foxworth is okay with being terrible at her job just because she's able to get away with it in this small town with no competition. If i were rating the people at the front desk and the vet techs that I've dealt with they would get five stars. They are awesome ladies and super friendly and I continued to support this business for a long time because of them. However, Amanda Foxworth has absolutely no customer service skills and that would be fine if she was really great at treating animals but she's not. I've overpaid for services that don't work and paid for multiple office visits where she spends maximum five minutes examining the animal and then never even addresses the concerns or talks to me about what's going on. I've also never seen a vet that wasn't friendly and loving with the animals like she is. She seems to not even like pets and on top of it she's not nice to customers which is crazy because they're the ones paying her. She's very lucky there's very little competition in this town otherwise it'd be out of business. I'd suggest taking some business classes so you can learn how to treat your customers and realize that people love their pets and will do whatever it takes to care for them - even if that means driving 20 minutes longer to get treatment which is exactly what I will be doing.
Sense Amanda Foxworth has been the vet there ( if you want to call her that) I have had nothing but issues. She is rude and treats customers like garbage. Outside of talking to me like trash she mutilated one of my dogs face from a surgery. When this dog was seen by another vet he said the surgery was so bad that he asked if I had done it myself. Another dog I had taken to her she charged me 500 just to stick him in a cage with an IV and let him die 2 hours later. It was after hours and I live 30 mins away, she was still 30 mins late even getting there to see my dog that was dieing. She takes no pride in her job and cares none for the animals she treats. It's really a shame because Alicia and Mandy that work there have always been amazing and kind never once treated me badly .I will miss seeing them there as they were the only good things left about this office. I will never be going there again for sure never for anything serious. I will take the extra few mins and drive to picayune to see the vets there at lest they act professional.
Good for bath and nail trim.
