This morning's crew is nice, but it seems that they have no guidance. I don't know if it is a corporate problem, or a store management problem. It's not the first time. Two things can possibly help resolve the issue: Change of corporate ownership, or management training/replacement. During peak times of the morning or lunch, you should make employees take breaks before or after, not during the busiest times of day. It may also help if you try to find out how Chik-Fil-A does their training. They seem to be on point every time, regardless of location. I will be visiting Arby's, Hardees or Ward's for breakfast from now on until improvements are made. Again, I don't know if I should blame the management if corporate is too busy or too distant to maintain the standards of the Franchise.
